A very rare Australian colonial period supplement, provided free to subscribers of the Illustrated Sydney News. For a very short period of time the Illustrated Sydney News occassionally used lithography for their illustrations. The advantage in it’s use was that it allowed the artist to create the lithograph directly onto the stone.
