Warner was one of Australia’s foremost etchers, he and his wife travelled in a caravan around New South Wales and Victoria in the 1930s painting and sketching material for his etchings. These rare watercolours are testament to his wonderful draughtsmanship and love of the Australian landscape and people. His work is held in most institutional collections in Australia.
