First edition of this fine large French sea chart of the Red Sea, by Jean-Baptiste Bourguignon d’Anville 1691-1782 the leading C18th French cartographer. Inset maps: Suakem, Matzua et Arkiko, Al Babo (ou la Porte) et ses environs and Port de Giddah. He published of over 200 individual maps, as well as several atlases.
