Nineteen sixties menu for the Hotel Metropole which was on the corner of Bent,Young and Phillip Street, Sydney. In its day it was Australia’s largest hotel. It was built by the Australian Coffee Palace Company at a cost of 150,000 pounds and opened its doors on the 14th of January, 1890.
