Rare, Royal Art Society of N.S.W. 40th (1919) Annual Exhibition catalogue comprising 68 pages, 12 full page BW illustrations, 18 pages of adverts. The catalogue lists all the artists and the titles of their exhibited paintings, drawings and etchings.
The Society of Arts held its first annual exhibition in 1880 and its catalogues are an important record of New South Wales art.
